I guess they’d took account numbers from the clipings and made their own credit cards.
However, I dont understand the point?!

Also, why bother with actually printing a bad quality RBS logo on the card etc? Theses fraudsters dont want to actually show people the cards do they?

You don’t need the PIN number to order online…..
They just require the card number, make a copy and visit locations where they still only require a signature on the payee slip. Some older shops, garages and restaurants still have not changed to CHIP & PIN yet and are easy pickings.
