Is it illegal for a restaurant to not pay out credit card tips.?
The restaurant I work at doesn’t pay out credit card tips. We’ve been told we will receive them in our paychecks but several months in nothing has been payed. Is this Illegal and what can we do?
Yes they have to give you those tips. How much do you make an hour? if its less than minimum wage they MUST give you those tips or make up for your pay. Call your local better business bureau or if your a corporate restaurant call the corporate office
