Anyone have any positive experience with Litton Loan Servicing?
My loan was just SOld by Fremont to Littpon and I have not heard good things.
Well, I am an attorney and have helped a client modify a loan with them, and it was no easy feat, and I’ve heard of others having similar experiences for loans that are in arrears. I don’t know if that’s the case for people that aren’t in arrears though. Moral of the story, don’t get behind on the mortgage with them as your servicer.
