Commercial Hard Money Loans Verses Business Lines Of Credit
IF I haven’t paid back bank loans (Credit Cards, Line of Credit, etc) for 6 years, do I have a police record?
I havent been in Canada in 6 years, left with lots of unpaid loans, Credit Cards, etc… Collector Agency tried to locate me but couldn’t as I was out of the country. So, I am trying to see if I have a police record, or what kind of trouble Im in (I was a messed up person 6 years ago… trying to get back on my feet)
I doubt you have a police record. You didnt steal any money, you were just at the time a “bad risk” and the banks made a poor investment in you. I would assume that you have a terrible credit rating and if you own anything in the US the banks may try to liquidate those assets of yours to pay off your debt, if they contact you.
