Are the loans that are given on the internet trustworthy, they usually give them in 1 hour?
I want to know if Montel’s Williams endorsing “Money Mutual” is legitimate?
Do not use anyone but a local lender. IT is more difficult then ever to get a loan through and new regulations seem to come up weekly.
As a realtor, I’m on phone with the buyer’s lender all the time. Now adays, lenders change thier requirements and ask for futher information at the 11th hour ALL THE TIME. You wat a lender who knows your name and is available on nights and weekends if needed. Internet lenders are not.
Also, as a listing agent, I wouldn’t accept a buyer who had an internet lender. I would either suggest to my seller to counter you to have a local lender or… if I had a 2nd offer, go with them.
