withdrawing funds on paypal?
my account is not verified but im currently using the opus prepaid mastercard. ive been trying to find answers but nothing makes sense. i have a debit card but no cheques and i have no credit card. how would i withdraw funds?
i do have a chequing account, but no checkbook. cause on the paypal, it
asks for the numbers on a canadian

Pay Pal is only a medium to pay through. You must have a credit card or a checking account to utilize it. Debit cards are only worth the bank account that backs them up. when you use your debit card it simply takes the money OUT of your bank account.
You would be well advised to educate yourself on the finer issues of credit. It is very easy simply go to any banker and they will assign somebody to educate you.
